Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff members were really good, especially the housekeeping team. The room was impeccably clean, and the service was top-notch. I will definitely return to this hotel. Special thanks to Waqar, Abdul Momen, and the entire hotel staff for their exceptional service and cleanliness of the room.
The hotel location is excellent, right in the haraam area, making it easy for prayers without missing any. The rooms are very good and clean, but the door was intermittently disturbing. The dining experience needs some improvements, although there is a variety of food options. The service, while understanding English, could be rude and hesitant to fulfill requests, affecting the overall experience.
The hotel offered neat and tidy rooms with comfy beds, some with partial views of the Haram Sharif, providing a marvelous experience. The services were good, especially with attentive floor in-charges, Mr Waqar and Mr Jahangir. However, some noise disturbances were noted. The location was excellent, adjacent to Kaaba, perfect for religious purposes. The dining experience was overall satisfactory, though room for improvement was acknowledged.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of fantastic experiences and some room for improvement. The view of the Haram Sharif from my room was truly mesmerizing, but the noise passing through the walls was a bit bothersome. I found the service to be professional and helpful, especially after a serious conversation with the duty manager. The location, though extremely close to the Haram Al Sharief, was congested at times, making it challenging to move around quickly. The dining experience was good, with some fantastic dishes on offer. Overall, a memorable stay with a few minor hiccups.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent cleaning services and thoughtful room amenities. The view from the room was exceptional, adding to the overall appeal of this ultimate place in the holy city of Makkah. The staff, especially Nadeem, was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. The spacious rooms stood out compared to other 5-star hotels in the Clock Tower.
The hotel is conveniently located near Haram with clean rooms and friendly staff. However, the dining experience may need improvement in terms of variety. The service was attentive and helpful.
The hotel is very near to the Holy mosque, with easy access to a nearby mall. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the location excellent overall. However, entry may be challenging due to road closures during prayer times.
The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the Haram area, with nice rooms, but not as expected for a self-catering unit. The service is accommodating, even cleaning the room after I slept in till 3 pm, although the telephone needed fixing. The dining options were good, with tasty choices, and the facilities offered various services like car hire and housekeeping.
The hotel is conveniently situated with partial Kaaba view, near to Haram. The room allocated to us was neat and tidy with comfy beds and all required amenities, offering a partial Haram view. The service was very welcoming and smiling, with staff ready and responsive to our needs. The location is excellent, right in front of Haram, making it easy for prayers. The dining experience had a good variety during breakfast but could have had more options. Overall, a good experience due to the location and services provided.
The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Kaaba, making it convenient for prayers. The rooms are spacious with a small kitchen area, although I didn't use it. The service is cooperative and helpful, especially Ms. Walaa, but communication in English could be enhanced. Dining offers ample variety and fresh taste but could improve communication. A very good place especially in terms of location.
The hotel is conveniently located right at the gate of Al-Haram, making it perfect for those visiting the Masjid al Haram. The rooms were spacious and under cleaning, but were ready within 30 minutes. The service was professional and the staff always friendly and supportive. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of options.
Stunning location, just a short walk to Masjid Alharam with amazing views of the Kaaba. The rooms are comfortable and well-cleaned, though a better view of the Haram could elevate the experience. The service, while mostly courteous, could benefit from further training. The dining experience needs significant improvement in taste and quality. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel's prime location and accommodating service make it a solid choice for your stay.
The hotel rooms were amazing, featuring 3 single beds and a sofa bed with a view of Masjid Al Haram. The size and location of the rooms were hard to beat at such a great price. The service was friendly and cooperative, though there were issues with warm water on some days. The location was exceptional, perfect for prayers at Masjid Al Haram and very close to the mosque. The dining experience was a bit complicated as it was in a different building and lacked breakfast options. Overall, the facilities were good, and the hotel provided a valuable stay with minor drawbacks.
The hotel has a unique two-storey apartment-style setup with a common entry door. The lower room features two single/twin-sized beds, and after climbing up, the upper room offers two single/twin-sized beds plus two sofas, one of which converts into a single bed.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were excellent and well maintained, but the cleanliness was a bit off due to remnants from the previous guest. Though I booked a room with 3 beds, I had to request a pull-out bed. Despite these hiccups, the room was cozy and had a fresh ambiance. The location was superb, ideal for Umrah and prayer times, being just a minute away from the Haram. The dining experience offered great tasting food, but it lacked variety. The service was top-notch, especially during peak times for Umrah. However, the confusion in finding the hotel and parking added unnecessary inconvenience.
